Why Continuum Yoga?

We are a safe space to build confidence in yourself, your body, and your journey.  We guide you to use movement and mindfulness to release stress from your mind and everyday life. We want you to grow into your favourite version of yourself, while meeting like-minded people. You are welcome here.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

RESPECT 

Kindness is cool. Please be respectful of others and their space when in the studio.This is a safe space for all. 


TIME 

 Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class . The front door will be locked  at the scheduled start time for the safety of all students and their belongings.


NOISE 

Please keep a respectable volume and topic of conversation when speaking in the lobby.  Please observe silence in the studio room.  Please put cell phones on silent when in the studio. 


SCENT 

This is a scent-free space. Please do not bring or wear strong perfumes and scents into the studio.


STUFF 

 Please remove shoes upon entering, and leave  personal belongings within the waiting area. The doors will be locked during class to protect your stuff. 


SMILE 

 Make new friends, and enjoy yourself! We are happy to welcome you here.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Auto-renew Memberships


- All memberships require 7 days notice for cancellation, prior to next renewal date, and sent in writing to info@continuumyoga.ca


- Your credit or debit card on file will be billed monthly until the required  7 days notice is given in writing.


- All memberships can be paused for up to 3 weeks every 6 months, from the start date of your membership, for any reason. Should you become injured or unable to practice for a longer period of time due to medical reasons, please reach out to us by email.


- Monthly memberships are valid for one month from date of purchase. Annual memberships are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.


- Classes are subject to capacity and availability

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible before the scheduled class. A No Show will result in a $10.00 penalty charged to the card on file. 


Please note there are no refunds available on any purchases.
